Our two-person jet skis are easy to maneuver, making them suitable for operators of all skill levels. Simply book your jet ski, receive a brief orientation and set off on an adventure on Berlin Lake.

Kayak Rentals
Explore the coves of Berlin Lake on a kayak. Whether you’re a seasoned paddler or first time adventurer, we have the perfect kayak for you to explore the many creeks and coves on the lake. Our kayaks include all safety equipment and are designed for individuals 250lbs or less. We have both sit-in and sit-on kayaks.

Polices & Procedures
At Les’s Berlin Boat Rentals, safety is our highest priority. We are dedicated to providing thorough vessel operation and safety instructions in order for a safe and fun boating experience on Berlin Lake!
We encourage you to read Ohio Boat Operators Guide to familiarize yourself with the Ohio’s laws and regulations.
You can also take an ODNR approved Ohio Boating License Course to get a permanent boating license online.
We recommend that you book online ahead of time to ensure availability for the desired rental vessel. We do accept walk ins Wednesday-Sunday but rentals may be limited.
Boaters License
You must be 21 years of age with a valid driver license to rent and operate a vessel. Anyone born on or after January 1st 1982, will be required to have a boaters license.
If you do not have a boaters license and would like to rent a pontoon or jet ski, you have the option to take the State of Ohio’s Temporary Boaters License Exam upon arrival. This is a 10 question test that is provided to you prior to your rental start time. A passing score of 90% or better is required.
We encourage renters to take the online boaters license exam, or review the linked material from the state of Ohio Boaters Guide prior to arrival.
Cancelation
Cancel any time up to 48 hours prior to your reservation by emailing info@lessmarine.com
Cancelations made within 48 hours of the reservation, and no shows, are charged in full. There will be no refunds.
We will make every effort to schedule you for a later available date if you need to cancel within the 48 hours. You will be charged in full if you choose to cancel the rescheduled booking.
It is the renters responsibility to monitor the weather conditions and plan accordingly.
Late arrivals will be charged in full – no refunds
Rental Time
Please plan to arrive 30-40 minutes early to complete the temporary boaters license exam, sign paperwork and receive instructions on equipment operation. Your rental time begins and ends within the scheduled window listed on your booking confirmation. We want you to get your full amount of time on the water so please arrive early. You are required to have the equipment at our docks by the end time listed on your rental confirmation. A late fee will apply if rental equipment is more than 10 minutes late.
Damage Policy
Damage to our vessels will result in a minimum charge of $250 per motorized watercraft. This will apply for any damages that occur during the rental period, including collisions with other watercraft, beaching, docking, and other related incidents. This fee covers expenses for scratches, dents, rips, toon or hull punctures and any other damages to the vessel and its contents. Vessels are inspected prior to departure and upon arrival.
A damage deposit will be applied to your card upon arrival. This shows up as a hold of $250.00. Once the vessel is returned free of damages, the hold will be released.
